Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
5. The Controller may transfer personal data to the following third parties:
- entities with which the Controller has concluded a cooperation agreement for the purpose of implementing our agreement, fulfilling the Controller's obligations provided for by law, protecting the Controller's rights in accordance with legal provisions, fulfilling a legitimate interest within the meaning of personal data protection regulations, and supporting the Controller in business processes. In particular, the Controller may transfer your personal data to entities such as: insurance companies, banks, car workshops, entities providing accounting or IT services, companies providing postal and courier services.

7. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to perform the service. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the service from being provided.
